Standard:

When does a return or exchange not apply?

  • The product does not retain original tags and packaging.

  • The damage was caused by incorrectly removing tags or packaging.

  • The size was incorrectly selected by the customer.

What conditions must the product meet for evaluation?

It must be in the same condition as it was delivered, retain original tags and packaging, and not show any modifications.

What is the deadline to report a problem?

You must contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

How do I request an exchange or refund?

  • Product(s) involved

  • Reason for the request

  • Evidence (photographs and/or video)

We will respond within a maximum of 48 hours with the next steps.

How long does a refund take?
