At ChuyMine Store, both our own products and third-party products are displayed. Therefore, return conditions may vary depending on the type of product purchased.
Some products available on our site are not sold directly by ChuyMine Store.

ChuyMine Store does not participate in the sale, payment, shipping, or invoicing process for these products.
Any returns, exchanges, refunds, or clarifications must be managed directly with the external supplier, according to their own policies.
We recommend carefully reviewing the supplier's terms and conditions before completing the purchase.
ChuyMine Store acts as an intermediary in the third-party process, without prejudice to the responsibilities that correspond according to applicable legislation.
Our own products are those whose manufacture, sale, and shipping are directly coordinated by ChuyMine Store.
Except in cases provided by applicable law, we do not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or misuse of the product.
Exchanges or refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
The product presents verifiable manufacturing defects.
There is an error attributable to ChuyMine Store in the order sent (e.g., a product or size different from that confirmed in the order).
The product arrives damaged as a result of transport and is reported within the established period.
An exchange or refund will not proceed when:
The product has been used, washed, altered, or tampered with.
The damage is a consequence of improper use.
The customer has incorrectly selected the size.
The product does not retain its original tags and delivery conditions.
The damage was caused by incorrectly removing tags or packaging.
For a request to be reviewed, the product must:
Be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Retain original tags and packaging.
Not show modifications made after delivery.
Conditions for validated exchanges and/or refunds
Once a request has been approved by our support team, the following conditions will apply:
Exchanges:
When the exchange is the result of an error attributable to ChuyMine Store (incorrect product, size different from the order, etc.), a prepaid label will be provided for the return of the product at no cost to the customer.
If the exchange is requested for a cause not attributable to ChuyMine Store, and this is exceptionally accepted, the customer must cover the full cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
Once the refund is approved and the product is received for validation, funds will be processed within up to 3 business days.
Subsequently, the time it takes for the amount to be reflected in the customer's account will depend on the corresponding banking institution.
If you detect any problem related to product quality or an error in your order, you must contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving the product for review.
The eligibility for exchange or refund will be subject to validation by our team based on objective and verifiable criteria.
To initiate a request, you must send an email to pedidos@chuymine.com including:
Order number
Product(s) involved
Reason for the request
Evidence of the problem (photographs and/or videos)
Our team will respond within no more than 48 hours with the next steps. Once the product is received and validated, the corresponding refund will be processed, according to the payment method used.
For our own products, shipping is carried out through external logistics providers, whose times may vary.
In case of delays, losses, or damages during shipping, ChuyMine Store will assist the customer in managing the claim with the carrier to find the best possible solution.
This does not limit the consumer's rights under applicable law.
To avoid inconveniences:

Keep your proof of purchase and communications related to the order.
